Transform, Build, Modify

Transcription
When the will to transform, to differ and make a difference of ourselves and our surroundings emerges from within our souls, from deep within our mantle, we feel the deep urge to reform rapidly, to explode like a volcano...
But volcanoes destroy—which is a form
of change, and sometimes a necessary one, but the kind of change that lasts a lifetime, that transforms life itself in ourself and our surroundings, is not the kind to occur in one day, it is the kind that built Rome and all of its self-referential roads. The change of the increment, the change atomic, the change of habit, the inch fought and won in the trenches, and the next one, and the next one that brings us the miles and miles to our destination, to a healthy success that can not be shaken or crumbled.
This is the transformation of creation,
of building, of manifesting by our very will to power a burning beacon of light to sustain us through the dark for all time to come.
